The aim of the Forum – is to consider investment opportunities, economic prospects for cooperation with Eastern Europe countries and financial measures necessary for overcoming the crisis; to give impetus to joint projects and to find ways for their implementation both in the short and long-term outlook.
The plenary will consider opportunities for investment attraction in times of crisis, the prospects for energy development and energy efficiency in 2010.
The Forum is scheduled to review issues devoted to the design and use of new international gas pipelines and their impact on the economy of the project participants, as well as on the economy of countries in transition.
The conference will be completed by the session on preserving of credit liquidity in times of the crisis.
The participants are: government representatives (ministers, officials, directors of national banks), international organizations, business circles, politicians of WEF member-countries.
